I am seeking pro bono trademark assistance for my pending federal trademark application, PERIODIC RECALL™, Serial No. 50039013, in Classes 009 and 028.
I recently became aware of the existing PERIODIC GAMES, Serial No. 90173973, which includes some overlapping game-related goods. I would like an attorney to review whether this presents a likelihood-of-confusion concern and advise me on my pending application.
