I am a male technical professional with several decades of experience who arrived in Wilmington, MA around November 7th. I am looking for a private room with a private bathroom, very close to the intersection of I-93 and Route 125. Andover, Tewksbury, and Wilmington all look like amazing possibilities.

I am very quiet, clean, respectful, and considerate when sharing a home with others. Basically, I am going to be working a lot, so I am seeking a very peaceful place to recharge when not at work. I will be happy to share my Airbnb and LinkedIn profiles if we move forward past an initial back-and-forth questioning phase.

Looking to spend about $1000/month, but I can go higher if the arrangements have high appeal. A private bathroom, on-premise laundry facilities and off-street parking are examples of features that appeal to me.
