I am a male technical professional with several decades of experience arriving in Wilmington, MA about November the 7th. I am looking for a private room with a private bathroom, very close to the intersection of I-93 and Route 125.

Very quiet, clean, respectful and considerate when sharing a home with others. Basically, I am going to be working a lot so I am seeking a very peaceful place to recharge when not at work. I will be happy to share my Airbnb and LinkedIn profiles if we move forward past an initial back and forth questioning phase.

Looking to spend about $1000/month, but can go higher if the arrangements have high appeal. On-premise laundry facilities and off street parking are examples of those.
