It could be a great fit for a maker, a fabricator, a hobbyist with a project or two, or an artist looking for a clean studio. We keep the space tidy, and I'd love to share it with people who like it that way.
If two people want a covered, comfortable place to bring projects in and out, it's $400 a month each. If you'd like more room to yourself, there's a private office in the space that nobody is using, and for one person with the office it's $800 a month. Internet and utilities are included either way.
The rent covers the space, and you're welcome to bring your own tools. I also have a lot of tools, including a mini lathe, several FDM 3D printers, a resin printer, and hand tools galore. If you don't have tools of your own, I'm happy open to sharing some tools but we'll have to work out those details.
I'm flexible on terms, so if you have an idea for how you'd use the space feel free to let me know what you're thinking.
