Hands-On Assembly - Consumer Device Startup (downtown / civic / van ness)

This is an in-person, part-time role at our San Francisco office. You'll work alongside our hardware team, who will walk you through the full assembly process. No prior electronics experience required; if you've built, repaired, or taken apart things before, you'll pick this up quickly.
What you'll do:
- Assemble devices from 3D-printed parts and electronic components
- Use hand tools
- Follow step-by-step build instructions and flag any parts that don't fit or work as expected
- Run a quick functional/quality control check on each finished unit
- Help keep parts, kits, and workspace organized
Who we're looking for:
- Any hands-on experience with tools, assembly, repairs, fabrication, DIY projects, anything
- Consistent and comfortable with small parts and repetitive work
- Reliable about showing up on an agreed schedule
- Able to get to our SF office
Details:
About 16-20 hours a week to start, schedule is flexible. Likely to grow as we scale up production.
