Might be a bit of unicorn but wondering if anyone has a part time space they might want to rent out - maybe an in-law apartment or carriage house that you don't use but don't want a full time tenant.
About me: professional 41, employment recently relocated to Boston area but am married and own a home in CT.
Looking for something that might be within public transit commute to Boston - open to framingham-metro area. A private bath would be ideal but I'm also not crazy. I am hybrid so it would be at most 2 nights a week but more than likely 1 night.
Ideally around 800/month with a bit of wiggle room (after that it starts to cost around the same as a hotel).
