We have an apartment which is located on Highway 1 and has a very nice view of the dunes. Upstairs unit available which is one level, in a 4-unit complex. Two bedroom and one bathroom. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet and the other bedroom is a very nice size. We have quiet long-term tenants living on the property so we are looking for somebody who would fit in such as a MATURE/ADULTS. There is a refrigerator and dishwasher and brand-new stove/oven in the kitchen. The apartment was just recently renovated with new carpet installed and fresh paint throughout the apartment along with other improvements. The apartment comes with a very large double car garage with lots of shelving for storage. Our 4-Unit apt. complex is located 2 blocks from a full-service market and has a newer coin operated washer and dryer on the property. Unit B has a very nice view of the dunes. The apartment is across from the Pismo Sands RV Resort on Highway 1. We pay the water, trash and sewer fees. We also have our Landscaper who comes every week to keep the premises well maintained and looking nice. We also pay for the security lighting that we have outside in case you come home after dark. The apartment rents for $2150. per month and $2150. Security Deposit. The apartment is located approximately 5 minutes to Pismo Beach Pier.
