ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Deerfield Forest, an established 334-unit residential community in Natick, MA, is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Management Trainee to join our on-site office team.
No prior property management experience is required—we are ready to fully train the right individual on site operations and our software systems. WHAT YOU WILL LEARN & DO
* Learn residential property operations from the ground up under experienced management.
* Welcome residents and visitors, field telephone calls, and deliver responsive, professional customer service.
* Assist with community financial administration, including accounts receivable tracking, processing unit owner payments, and organizing vendor invoices.
* Log, dispatch, and monitor maintenance work orders using property management software.
* Coordinate resident correspondence, compliance notices, and property file maintenance.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Education & Experience (One of the following preferred):
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field; OR
* 2+ years of hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable (A/R), Accounts Payable (A/P), or related bookkeeping/billing functions.
* Proximity & Dependability: A convenient, manageable daily commute to Natick is strongly encouraged to support consistent, punctual attendance (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM).
