Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable, experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee residential/commercial projects in the greater Boston area. The ideal candidate must possess an active Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL) and have a strong track record of managing jobsites safely, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations on the construction site.
Ensure all work complies with Massachusetts building codes and safety regulations.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, laborers, and material deliveries.
Maintain clear communication with project managers and clients.
Requirements:
Active Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL) is mandatory.
Proven experience as a construction foreman or supervisor.
Deep knowledge of local building codes, safety guidelines, and OSHA regulations.
Reliable transportation to travel to sites around the Boston area.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
