Hello! I am looking for a room in a shared home with friendly folks. I am most comfortable in a clean, quiet, uncluttered, sunny house with plenty of houseplants on a residential street. I am fully employed, non-smoker, no pets, with great credit and references. My main job is teaching ESL but I do some landscaping on the side. I have a car, but I love to bike as much as possible. I am very considerate toward the people and places around me. I close doors gently, use headphones, and don't leave dishes in the sink. I am responsible and organized, always clean up after myself in common areas, and never late with bills. I like to hike and spend time in nature, do yoga, and learn about other cultures and languages. I'm a very light sleeper so prefer a bedroom that is isolated from active areas of the house, and am sensitive to perfumes (natural/essential oils ok). I am independent, but enjoy living in community. Not into parties, but small social gatherings are welcome. If it sounds like I might be a good fit, please send me an email!
