Therapist Seeking Office Space or Shared Office Arrangement
Established therapist/counselor seeking a professional office space to rent or sublease. I have identified a couple of potential spaces that could work and am particularly interested in connecting with another therapist or counselor who may be interested in sharing an office and splitting the monthly rent.
The space would primarily be used for two group counseling sessions per week, with occasional individual counseling appointments or classes.
Space Requirements:
- Room for approximately 10 chairs during group sessions
- Private in-office or easily accessible restroom
- Ability to use or install a television for presentations
- Quiet, professional, and private environment
- Budget of up to $700 per month
A flexible or shared arrangement would be ideal since the office would only be used a few times per week. I am especially interested in finding another therapist or similar professional with a complementary schedule who would like to share the space and expenses.
