1-2 parking spaces, area for personal furniture/property, personal fire space for cookouts and heat included. Sites are not able to be driven upon and renters will have to leave their cars in designated spots. Easy walking paths to the sites.
A fire permit for the property will be in effect at the time of rental, and applicants must abide by town/state ordinances and laws pertaining to fire usage, noise levels, and other applicable laws.
Located on a community homestead
Within 10 miles of two major lakes and rivers, several walking trails, and a town with restaurants, bars, and small general stores. Within 30 minutes of the Vermont border and the City of West Lebanon.
Seeking seasonal/temporary renters to share a quiet space on a residential vista in Central NH. Applicants should be respectful, mindful of the shared and private spaces of the residents, willing to help tend to the land and garden and feel free to take what they can use from both (if they are able). The space will be available from June to October. Preference given to long term rentals and applicants willing to contribute their skills to the homesteading upkeep. Sites can also be available on a shorter basis, please reach out with details of the circumstances if necessary.
