I am looking for an **experienced part-time roofer** for residential and commercial roofing repairs and maintenance.
I am specifically looking for someone with **actual hands-on roofing experience**, not someone who is just starting out.
Some of the Experience needed:
* **Rubber roofing (EPDM)**
* **Dimensional/asphalt shingles**
* **Hot tar / Built-Up Roofing (BUR)**
* Roof leak diagnosis and repairs
* Flashing, vents, gutters, and other related roofing work
The right person may have the opportunity for **regular or ongoing work**. Pay will depend on experience, skills, and the type of work being performed.
