Abandoned in a storage area for several years. It's clean, but I don't know if it works, so I'd suggest it's scrap or parts. Ample off-street parking. I have moving equipment to help, and there are no stairs involved. Please respond with a phone number and indication when you'd like to pick it up. This is immediately next to Sullivan Square and very close to all of the scrap yards next door in Everett.
