Sousa Design Architects is seeking a talented and motivated Senior Project Architect / Studio Lead to join our growing architecture and interiors studio. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of multi-family, residential, and hospitality projects, collaborating closely with a dynamic team from concept through construction.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- 15+ years of professional experience in architecture
- Professional Registration Required
- Experience working across all project phases, from conceptual design through construction documentation
- Strong design sensibility with excellent presentation and graphic skills
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in industry-standard software (Revit, AutoCAD, Vectorworks, etc.)
- Experience in multi-family, residential, and/or hospitality design is highly desirable
- Ability to manage teams
