Looking for a lawyer for a MALPRACTICE civil case in Boston, MA
I am looking for a lawyer for a civil case in Boston, MA, especially a lawyer who has had at least one civil case presented and seen at the Boston Federal court.
My case is about a Boston lawyer who charged me some thousands of dollars to present a case of mine at the Boston Federal court. However, exactly that same case (for the same reason and against the same person (s) (a third party) had been presented at least one year before in another Massachusetts court.
In the Massachusetts court and later in the Boston Federal court, the case was also dismissed.
I have all court papers related to my case, presented to the (first) Massachusetts court and later to the Boston Federal court.
