Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple commercial construction projects throughout Massachusetts.
Our company specializes in commercial construction and renovations, primarily restaurant franchises, retail spaces, and tenant build-outs.
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and experienced professional who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinate subcontractors, maintain schedules, and ensure projects are completed on time and to high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field crews.
- Schedule and monitor daily construction activities.
- Conduct regular site visits throughout Massachusetts.
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- Review construction drawings, specifications, and project scopes.
- Coordinate material deliveries, inspections, and project milestones.
- Maintain communication with clients, subcontractors, and company management.
- Identify and resolve construction-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial construction project management is required.
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, materials, and processes.
- Experience managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
- Ability to read and understand architectural and MEP drawings.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to travel to job sites throughout Massachusetts.
- Experience with restaurant construction, franchise build-outs, or tenant improvements is highly preferred.
