We are looking for a reliable, organized and trustworthy local assistant to support a short-term project in the Columbus area.
This is not a technical position, and no film or production experience is required. We are primarily looking for someone who is dependable, resourceful, comfortable working independently and great at following instructions.
Responsibilities may include:
Picking up and purchasing supplies
Running local errands
Picking up and returning orders
Driving to local stores and vendors
Coordinating deliveries and pickups
Keeping receipts and documenting purchases
Sending photos/updates as tasks are completed
Working from a daily task list
Communicating with our team by phone and text
General project support as needed
Requirements:
Must have your own reliable vehicle
Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
Comfortable driving throughout the Columbus area
Reliable, punctual and organized
Strong communication skills
Able to follow detailed instructions independently
Comfortable using GPS, text and sending photos
Professional references required
Compensation: $150 for each day worked + approved mileage/gas reimbursement.
This is project-based/on-call work with the potential for multiple paid days for up to 10 days.
Project purchases: You will not be expected to use your personal money for approved project purchases. Purchase funds/payment will be arranged by our team. All purchases must be approved in advance, and receipts must be photographed and submitted.
