Working professional looking for studio (Metro West)

I'm looking for a studio or one-bedroom apartment, with a move-in date of September 1 or earlier.
I'm a clean, respectful, quiet, and easygoing professional. I don't smoke, drink, or use drugs, and I take good care of my home. I own a small appliance repair business in Florida and am opening a second location here in Massachusetts, so I'm looking for a place where I can settle long term. I have stable income and can provide references upon request.
My budget is $1500-1650.
I also have a 14-year-old Golden Retriever. He's a gentle senior dog who mostly sleeps. He's fully house-trained, rarely barks, and has never been a problem. I'm happy to pay a pet deposit if needed.
As a bonus, if an appliance ever acts up, I can probably fix it.
