PAY
- Typical full-time week: $1,490 to $1,780 gross
- $30 to $40 per hour for driving time, based on experience
- $20 per hour for other on-duty time
- $1,000 weekly minimum guarantee for full-time drivers
- Paid weekly
- Paid layovers
- Weekend work: an extra $75 per day
- Quarterly safety and performance bonus, up to $300 per quarter
- $3,000 sign-on bonus: $1,000 after 90 days and $2,000 after 6 months
SCHEDULE AND HOME TIME
- Local work, home every night
- Day cab
- Full time, typically 55 to 60 hours per week
THE WORK
Local pickup and delivery and rail ramp moves around the West Springfield metro. Refrigerated and dry freight, in modern day cabs.

REQUIREMENTS
- Class A CDL
- 2+ years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Current DOT medical card
- Pre-employment drug test and FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse query
- MVR review and road test
