We need a dependable cleaning technician for a commercial facility account, Monday through Friday. This is a real 1099 contract position with consistent hours and consistent pay — not a fill-in-when-you-feel-like-it gig.
What you're doing:
Facility cleaning — restrooms, common areas, floor care. Industrial/commercial environment, not a house.
What we need from you:
Reliable transportation and no-excuse attendance — this account depends on you showing up
Commercial or janitorial experience preferred (temp service, facilities, or similar)
Able to work independently once trained
Comfortable as a 1099 independent contractor (you handle your own taxes)
Steel toe shoes/boots required — must have your own before day one
