Xpand Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to join a growing warehouse team in Cincinnati, OH. We are looking for dependable, safety-conscious individuals with solid warehouse and forklift experience who are ready to contribute to a fast-paced operation.
Job Responsibilities:
Operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently.
Load and unload trucks with accuracy.
Move, stage, and organize inventory throughout the warehouse.
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
Perform shipping and receiving duties.
Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
Inspect forklifts before each shift and report any maintenance issues.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications:
✅ Previous warehouse experience is required.
✅ Solid forklift operating experience is required.
✅ Forklift certification is a plus.
✅ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
✅ Experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
✅ Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
✅ Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
