Job Description:
SkyeCap is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Operator to join our growing production team. In this role, you will operate high-quality Barudan embroidery machines to produce custom embroidery on a variety of hats, apparel, and textiles. You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional products while maintaining the highest standards of quality, accuracy and efficiency.
Embroidery Responsibilities:
Operate an eight-head Barudan embroidery machine.
Inspect and hoop garments.
Change thread colors, monitor machine performance, and make adjustments as needed throughout production.
Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy and craftsmanship, ensuring they meet company and customer standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area while following production schedules and safety procedures.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience operating embroidery or industrial sewing machines in a production, manufacturing or apparel setting.
Ability to hoop garments and headwear accurately and consistently.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and precision.
Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
Availability to work Monday–Friday.
Experience with Barudan or other multi-head embroidery machines is preferred but not required.
