Washington Square Parking Wanted (Brookline)

Looking for 1 off-street parking spot in the Washington Square area. Signing lease at 1600 Beacon St, so the attached garage would be ideal, but open to anything within a 10min walk.

Looking to pay $200/mo. Could sign a 12/mo agreement or do month to month.
