Excellent flawless condition with negligible mileage. Removed and stored in basement shortly after the installation for our multi-port model. The indoor system is extremely clean and absolutely dustless and looking new. Compare the condition and price with a newer model which costs close to 3k new. Mitsubishi heat pumps are built to last for decades and this is a 2021 install and removed shortly after so has decades of life to serve you! Not to mention that these cold climate Hyper Heat models are the best systems for the very cold climates like Massachusetts. Unlike most of the brands out there these Hyper Heat systems do not drop in heat output during freezing season.
The system pair complete set is in flawless condition and works like new. All you need a few 10 dollars of line set and a few hours of installation time. The knock off brand online will cost you more than this Mitsubishi die hard super efficient model with 22 SEER rating which is probably among the highest SEER rating you can ever get.
Both 410a gas
System is factory charged already and pumped down subsequently. Unless you extend your line set for too long you are good to just install and turn it on. If you extend your line over the recommended length you probably need to add more gas.
NOTE: 410a gas ; it has been professionally pumped down inside the outdoor unit and ready to reconnect with your own 5/8 - 1/4 lineset.

Nominal heat 13,600 BTU which is maintained at freezing temps too ideal for Boston climate.
