This model comes per-installed with a outdoor base pan heater element factory installed for the best winter operation and super fast defrosting cycle and ice melting operation. One of the pictures shows the base pan heater inside the cage of the outdoor unit.
Excellent flawless condition with negligible mileage. It worked for two summers and one winter in our sunroom before it was pumped down professionally and stored in our garage. Both outdoor and indoor systems are extremely clean and absolutely dustless and looking new. Thanks to the world renown German technology and quality, Bosch heat pumps are built to last for decades and this is a 2024 install and removed shortly after so it has decades of life to serve you! Both 410a gas
System is factory charged already and pumped down subsequently. Unless you extend your line set for too long you are good to just install and turn it on. If you extend your line over the recommended length (like over 50 feet) you probably need to add more gas according to the manual.
NOTE: 410a gas ; it has been professionally pumped down inside the outdoor unit and ready to reconnect with your own 3/8 - 1/4 lineset.
After all if you know how much efforts goes into installation of a mini split plus the price of the linesets and other accessories you will never pick up a no-name knock off brand that will have to be removed and re-installed after a couple of years.
Accessories Price Note: If you want the pro sturdy stand it is priced separately, the set includes ONLY outdoor condenser indoor NOT including the metal stand / bracket. I have a wall mounting bracket and a Mini Split metal stand for separate affordable purchase if interested.
