Financial Waste Consulting, Inc. is looking for a dependable Route Technician to service apartment communities throughout the Bay Area. You'll have a dedicated route, a take-home company truck and the opportunity to build a long-term career with a growing company.
**Schedule**
* Monday through Friday
* 4:00 AM start time
* 8-hour shifts
* Get paid for your full scheduled shift even if you finish your route early
**What You'll Do**
* Service the same apartment communities each week
* Clean and maintain trash & recycling enclosures
* Sweep and organize dumpster areas
* Break down and remove bulk items including furniture, mattresses and appliances
* Document completed work using company smartphone apps
* Communicate with the operations team throughout the day

**Requirements**
* At least 22 years of age
* Valid California Class C driver's license held for at least 5 years
* Clean driving record
* Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
* Dependable, honest and self-motivated
* Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
* Ability to lift, move and load heavy items including furniture, mattresses and appliances
* Ability to repeatedly climb, bend, lift and safely navigate 4-foot trash enclosure walls
* Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
* Professional work history with a current resume
**Please Note**
This is a physically demanding position. You will work around trash and recycling enclosures, perform manual labor throughout the day and should be comfortable getting dirty while maintaining a safe, professional work environment.
