Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional On-Site Representative to join our team. This role is essential for providing exceptional client services and ensuring smooth operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to analyze situations effectively. You will be the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and providing support in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
-Check in associates on a timely matter. Make sure all employees are following company GMP.
-Enroll associates on timeclocks and assist employees and client with any questions or concerns.
-Communication with client and team.
- Safety walks as needed.
- Provide outstanding customer service.
-Driving account growth though customer
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Competency in data entry and basic computer skill
