The Berry Man, Inc. is a local wholesale produce company located in beautiful Ventura, Ca. We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Representative to join our team. We are a fast-growing business that specializes in providing locally sourced produce to restaurants, schools, and other businesses.
The ideal candidates will have a proven track record of success in sales and a passion for customer service. Representatives will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our current and potential customers, as well as providing product knowledge, quotes, and managing customer orders.

Territory: Oxnard, Camarillo, Westlake Village, and North Los Angeles
Responsibilities:
Establish relationships with new and existing customers
Generate sales leads and close sales opportunities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve goals
Analyze customer feedback and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement
Develop and maintain customer profiles and records
Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the company's products and services
Maintain a professional and courteous manner at all times.
Qualifications:
2+ years of sales or related experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills
