An emerging B2B specialty production company is exploring a relationship with an established business or commercial property owner with underutilized space and an interest in expanding production capability.
The right company may already outsource specialty production, turn away work outside its current capabilities, or have clients requesting services it does not make sense to bring fully in-house.
We are exploring a mutually beneficial arrangement that would place an independent specialty production resource alongside an established operation, with dedicated production space exchanged for an agreed level of creative, fabrication and production services.
This is not a request for free space, employment, investment or equity. Both businesses would remain independent.
Strong potential fits include commercial printers, sign and display companies, event staging and event production companies, exhibit and experiential production firms, packaging companies, creative agencies, commercial interiors firms, and other businesses with recurring branded production needs. We are also open to commercial property owners with suitable underutilized space who see value in this type of arrangement.
Planned capabilities include specialty printing, ADA and tactile signage, commercial embroidery, laser cutting and engraving, dimensional fabrication, die cutting and specialty finishing, premium packaging, presentation materials and short-run B2B production.
The right relationship could help an established business expand what it offers clients, bring selected outsourced work closer to home, add production bandwidth and put underutilized commercial space to productive use.
We are less interested in simply finding inexpensive space than in finding the right business fit.
San Luis Obispo County is preferred. Other suitable Central Coast opportunities may be considered.
