Looking for someone to trim the front yards of two VERY small townhouses in Towson.
* $40 total per visit ($20 per yard)
* Two very small front yards with grass, only a few houses apart — about 8–12 minutes
* Back areas are paved parking pads/patios; occasionally need a quick weed touch-up in the cracks — about 2–3 minutes
* About 10–15 minutes total per visit
* Weed whacker/string trimmer should be all you need to cut the grass
* Must have a leaf blower to blow grass clippings off the sidewalks/driveways and leave everything clean
* Needed approximately every 3–4 weeks during the growing season
* Fall leaf cleanup will also be needed — we can discuss the details and additional payment for that later in the fall
* Immediate payment via Venmo or Zelle
