The Atascadero Elks Lodge is seeking a team-oriented Bartender to join our friendly crew. We are looking to fill occasional Special Events or Sick/Vacation Time. This position would be to fill behind our current Bartenders. Prefer an experienced Bartender with current RBS Training, but we are willing to train.
We are looking for:
~ Knowledge of the Toast POS System
~ Reliability and Professionalism
~ Ability to work in a team-focused setting as well as working independently
~ Positive attitude and strong work ethic
~ Provide high quality customer service to our members and guests
~ Self-motivated
~ Have great communication skills
~ Manage and maintain an accurate cash drawer
~ Willing to learn the industry and bartending trends
Filling in:
~ Our normal working days are Monday - Saturday, hours 3:30pm - 8:30pm
~ Special Events are normally on a Friday or Saturday with varying start/end times but could include other days
