👋🏼 Hi!! I’m looking for someone to move into a master bedroom with a private bathroom and private door to the outside balcony. This apartment complex is off of Fair Oaks Ave. 5 minute drive to downtown Sunnyvale. A few minutes away from shopping/grocery stores. Very walkable as well.
•Monthly total would be around $2,200 for the master room. The utilities are usually around $50-$150 and will be split equally. Can chat more about the rent price and potentially negotiate.
•I currently live in this complex already with 2 roommates and I am just looking to move down into this 2bd 2bath unit. This process will be fairly easy given that I already live here and they would be able to just transfer me over and you would sign the lease after a background check. The complex is great, hints why I want to stay 😊🏠
•I have 2 cats already so no more cats, sorry! 🐈🐈
•I would be okay with a dog as long as it’s friendly and gets along with my cats. One of my cats (Nilli) is fully deaf and she can meow pretty loud sometimes due to not knowing her own tone. I want to make sure whoever lives with us is okay with the cat noice because she is disabled and doesn’t know how loud she can get. She is very very sweet though. My other cat (Sam) is also a super sweet and super chill.
•I am 28, LGBTQ 🏳️🌈 and a bartender. I like to go to the gym, cook, edm shows/music festivals, shop around/thrift, go outdoors for activities/hikes/beach days. I am pretty laid back. 420 friendly 🍃 (no hard drugs please) I don’t drink much but occasionally go out with friends.
•We would have a shared kitchen, central A/C & Heating, dishwasher, and in-unit washer/dryer.
•There is a gated parking garage with 2 dedicated parking spots.
•This place is very spacious!!! (1,080 sqft)
•Carpeted bedrooms, living room, and hallway.
•Wooded flooring through kitchen/dinning room.
•Private and peaceful patio area.
