Charming, vintage, and rare Abingdon ceramic hippo-shaped Cookie Bar Jar, Art Deco, with vibrant glaze. #549, made in the late 1940s, kept pristine for over 75 years!

Made in the USA, hand decorated. This is a highly collectible piece, made by Abingdon Pottery, before they returned to making plumbing fixtures in 1950. No nicks, scratches, cracks, etc. Its a Beauty, and advertised at half its true value.

Had to move, so had to downsize.
