My current roommate is looking for a subletter starting November 1, through end of June. The bedroom doesn't have a closest, but there is a small storage space available across from the room. Located between Humboldt and Holton, north of North Ave and south of Center Street. House includes washer/dryer, some storage space, dishwasher, 2 bathrooms, a fenced yard and an off-street parking slab.
Please reach via email if interested and we can set up an interview! Rent pricing includes possible utilities (internet, water, garbage and electricity/gas).
