Looking for someone Full Time weekdays to take care of all maintenance in fast and efficient manner for a small Hotel property. MUST have some experience in ptac units, painting, patching etc. Finish all maintemamce slips in a timely fashion. Must be able to communicate in a respectful manner to guests and other employees.
