What We’re Looking For:

We are growing our field team! Whether you have years of experience behind a floor grinder or you’re a hard worker looking to learn a skilled trade from scratch, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Operating concrete floor preparation machinery (diamond grinders, shot blasters, vacuums).

Mixing and applying commercial-grade resinous systems (Epoxy, Polyaspartic, Polyurethane/Urethane Cement, Flake, and Quartz systems).

Surface restoration, joint routing, and patch repairs.

Working on a variety of sites ranging from high-end residential garages to schools, municipal buildings, and industrial facilities.

Qualifications:

No Experience Needed: Willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic.

Experienced Installers: Prior experience with epoxy, urethane cement, or surface prep is a major plus!

Reliable transportation to the shop/job site and a valid driver’s license.

Ability to handle physical labor, stand for long periods, and lift 50+ lbs.

Dependable, punctual, and detail oriented.
