Central Chevrolet in West Springfield is looking for two experienced Automotive Technicians with strong diagnostic and repair skills.
We're not simply looking for someone who can replace parts.
We're looking for technicians who can diagnose the problem, understand the system and repair the vehicle correctly.
If you're good at what you do but you're tired of fighting your shop to make a living, we should talk.
$34-$48 PER FLAT-RATE HOUR
Your rate will depend on your:
Diagnostic ability
Automotive experience
Certifications
GM training
ASE certifications
Overall skill level
GM experience is preferred, but it isn't required.
If you're an experienced technician from another manufacturer or an independent repair facility, we're interested in talking with you.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're especially interested in technicians experienced with:
Check-engine-light diagnosis
Electrical diagnosis
Drivability concerns
Engine performance
Brakes
Steering and suspension
HVAC
General mechanical repair
Scan-tool diagnostics
Intermittent vehicle concerns
You don't have to be a GM World Class Technician.
You do need to know how to diagnose a vehicle instead of guessing at it.

Our top-producing technicians have demonstrated the ability to flag 70+ hours in a week.

You're done.
NO WEEKENDS
Monday-Friday.
