Tri-State Roof Masters, LLC is seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter to join our team serving the Huntington–Ashland Tri-State area of Ohio, Kentucky, and West Virginia.
We need a dependable, hands-on carpenter with roofing experience who takes pride in quality work and can help lead a crew on the jobsite.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform roofing-related carpentry, including roof decking, fascia, soffit, and framing repairs.
• Identify damaged wood and complete repairs as directed by the project scope.
• Help guide crew members and keep work organized and moving efficiently.
• Follow safe work practices and maintain quality workmanship.
• Communicate job progress, material needs, and unexpected conditions to the office and owner.
• Protect customer property and maintain a clean, professional jobsite.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Proven carpentry and roofing experience.
• Ability to measure, cut, install, and troubleshoot with attention to detail.
• Ability to work safely on roofs and ladders and use common construction tools.
• Dependability, reliable transportation, and strong communication skills.
• Crew leadership experience preferred.
