Two rooms are available in a shared Somerville apartment near Gilman Square.
The smaller room rents for $950/month, and the larger room rents for $1135/month. I do not have exact square footage, but the lower-priced room is similar in size to my room, while the higher-priced room is slightly larger.
The apartment includes a full kitchen, living room, 1.5 bathrooms, in-building laundry, off-street parking, and bike storage space in the downstairs lobby. Cat or small-pet arrangements may be possible. Final approval and background check go through the landlord.
The apartment is close to the Gilman Square Green Line stop, the Somerville Community Path, Market Basket, Somerville Ave, coffee shops, convenience stores, food, laundromat, YMCA, and other neighborhood basics.
Current roommates are two working/student-age adults. We are looking for roommates who are reliable, respectful, communicative, and reasonably clean. It would be a major plus if you were into tabletop gaming also, but not required.
These two rooms are available immediately to finish the lease, so earlier move-in possibly available. New lease available September
