WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• Clean, considerate, responsible, mature, laid back, veg-friendly, and gay-friendly person.
• Professional 25+ with a full-time job (whose primary workplace isn’t at home).
• Sorry no pets, smokers, couples, heavy drinking/hard drugs.
WE ARE:
• 3 guys (one straight, two gay; one vegetarian), 28 and up, with varied interests.
• We value a clean house, a relaxed atmosphere, and intelligent conversation.
• We're not an exclusively veg/vegan household, but vegetarians and vegans are welcome! Prefer someone who doesn't cook a lot of meat or fish at home.
THE ROOM:
• 12x13 with two windows, a medium-sized closet, a mantle/non-working fireplace, and a recently restored hardwood floor.
• Available mostly furnished. Window A/C unit included.
• Available November 1st or December 1st. Prefer a one year commitment but will consider shorter term.
Note that our apartment is fully furnished and our kitchen is fully stocked so the room would be ideal for someone who doesn’t have a huge amount of stuff.
THE APARTMENT:
• First floor of a triple decker
• Two living rooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen (with great morning light!)
• Washer/dryer in the apartment!
• Ping pong table!
• Small back porch deck and a shared backyard.
• Great neighborhood and great landlord.
THE LOCATION:
• Convenient to Harvard, Tufts, MIT, or anywhere on the T.
• We're right down the street from the Magoun Square station on the Green Line.
• Or it's a 10 minute walk to Porter T Red Line station and about a 20 minute walk to either Harvard or Davis Square.
