Construction Labor Needed – Bathroom & Kitchen Renovations Greater Boston)
SCH Property Solutions, a licensed general contracting company serving Cambridge, Somerville, Watertown, Brookline, and surrounding areas, is looking for reliable construction labor to join our crew for ongoing bathroom and kitchen renovation projects.
What you'll do:
Demo (tile, drywall, fixtures, cabinetry)
Prep and cleanup on active job sites
Assist lead carpenter/tradespeople with installs (tile, cabinets, flooring)
Material handling, loading/unloading, dump runs
General site upkeep and organization
What we're looking for:
Must have experience with residential renovation work,
Reliable transportation and ability to get to job sites in Cambridge/Somerville/Watertown area
Own basic hand tools a plus
Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, comfortable on ladders
Punctual, hard-working, takes direction well
Details:
Pay: $/35hr — DOE
Schedule: Full-time / Part-time / As-needed — your call
Start: ASAP, multiple active projects
Pay via 1099 or W2 — depending on how you're structuring this
