$500 Anyone need a long-term, part-time room? (Union Square)

I am downsizing the two room space I have lived in for many years (I sublet the rest of the apartment), and plan to live half the time outside of the city with relatives, but wish to keep my current apartment as my legal address. So what I'm seeking is some one who also has a need for a room in the Somerville/Union Square area for only about 2 weeks a month, and who has a permanent legal address somewhere else. We would in effect be time sharing a two room space, i.e. only one of us would be living there at a time. There would be two beds in the smaller room, which is just off a furnished full size living room. I can be pretty flexible on which days of the week you need, and/or making the rooms available on particular days on short notice.
If this sounds like something that might work for you contact me and let's talk. I am looking for about $400 to $500 per month rent for about two weeks per month. The space would be ready sometime in November, so I'm listing it as available by Dec. 1st, but it can be available sometime in November if someone needs it sooner.
