I am a 48 yo female looking for an apartment either a studio or 1 bedroom. I’ve been at my current residence for about 8.5 years . I currently rent a 2 bedroom here in Lemoore ca. I do not have good credit but I’ve been a good tenant and can get a good reference if need be.
My only income is social security disability but my son and my dad help with utilities as I pay the rent on my own. I do not have a car payment and my insurance is extremely low. If anyone can help please let me know. If you can accept a cat as well that would be great if not that’s ok too .
