Ranch foreman, property caretaker needed to provide maintenance, periodic cleaning & repair (landscaping, pipe and barbed wire fence, buildings and cow/calf operation). Requires experience with minor carpentry, plumbing, painting, operating basic farm equipment (tractor, welder, mowers, chainsaw, etc.), mowing, basic experience with cattle. Must have valid driver's license & clean criminal background check. This is a year around job which requires physical labor and living on the property. The location is rural property within 10 miles of Sherman, TX.
