- This client booked 16 man hours so far of Hoarding Cleanout / biohazard cleaning (level 1/mild) which would take a crew of 2 about 1 days. Or 1 person 2 days approx.
- There is a chance this client adds more hours, which would increase this pay also.
- We send you $ for supplies after you arrive at the home to do a quick assessment first
- We pay you NIGHTLY for any hours you work each day via Cashapp or Zelle.
- This home is a Hoarding cleanup so you need to be okay with gross homes, dead animals, pet feces, etc
- This home will need carpet/pad pulled up
- This home will have a Dumpster on site
- What makes us different is that we allow Hoarders to clean 1 or 2 rooms at a time or on a limited budget versus requiring them to do entire home at once. You will not be required to clean everything in these 16 man hours.
- Located in Severn, MD
