A one-bedroom, in-law apartment, or small rental would all be wonderful. I’m open to different kinds of spaces that could be a good fit for a parent looking for a quiet, cozy home. Furnished would be helpful, but it is definitely not necessary.
I have a stable, reliable income and can provide proof of income or anything else you may need. We are quiet, clean, and respectful. I’m hoping to find a long-term place.
My comfortable rent budget is up to $900 per month, depending on utilities. I know housing costs are high right now, but I’m hoping to find something affordable that I can pay reliably every month a place where my child and I can feel settled and at home.
We also have one quiet, house-trained, well-behaved 12-year-old miniature dachshund.
