My name is Lamont Griffin, and I am looking for shared housing with a private bedroom and bathroom available by October 31, 2026, or NOW; or perhaps shortly thereafter if necessary to fit the availability of your shared housing. I will make considerations to shared bathroom. Since I maintain premises in good order, I am seeking the same lifestyle.
I work full-time in Scotts Valley and am open to housing in Santa Cruz, San Jose, Campbell, Los Gatos, or nearby areas. I am reliable, respectful of others’ privacy, and committed to following all rental agreement rules. I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss a possible arrangement.
Also, I do not have pets. Just me, single occupancy
