Claims he’s a good renter. I rented to him and he is not a good renter: makes up lies about people he rents from, couldn’t get him to abide by a 30 day notice to leave, tried to take control of my home and rent out the spare room ( that he also states all rooms were rented for 5 years when they weren’t), inappropriate texts to me for over a month claiming he knows how much money I make,,,,, etc.
I don’t know how many other victims are out there. I tried a restraining order and it was denied so he claimed it’s hurting his employment and got it sealed. I did win personal injury bodily harm but then he sent the paperwork back to the courts. They vacated the judgment so I can refile at a later date. He tried to get that sealed to but thankfully the judge didn’t seal it.
He’s been posting almost weekly now and I just want you to know that this could happen to you when you ask him to leave with the 30 day notice agreed upon moving in.
