Stockroom Material Handler / Kit Puller – Manufacturing

Position Summary
Responsible for accurately pulling, verifying, and staging materials required for Supply Item (SI) production. This position also supports general Stockroom operations, including receiving, manufacturing order pulling, inventory cycle counts, and other material-handling activities as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Pull, verify, and stage materials for SI production according to work orders and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
Ensure accuracy of part numbers, quantities, and revisions.
Identify and report material shortages, discrepancies, or damaged components.
Accurately complete inventory transactions in Fourth Shift ERP.
Assist with manufacturing order (MO) material pulling and staging.
Support receiving, material put-away, and inventory organization.
Perform inventory cycle counts and assist with discrepancy resolution.
Coordinate with Stockroom and Production personnel to meet material requirements and deadlines.
Maintain clean, organized, and properly identified inventory locations.
Follow established Stockroom, ESD, safety, and ISO procedures.
Perform additional Stockroom duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous stockroom, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred.
Basic computer skills; ERP experience preferred.
Ability to read part numbers, work orders, and inventory documentation.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
Dependable, flexible, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and perform routine physical material-handling tasks.
